Carol Kennedy has been a New York State licensed massage therapist since 2001. She approaches massage as a therapeutic modality -- not just a luxury. She has studied techniques for easing pain including myofascial release, trigger point, deep tissue, oncology and pregnancy massage. She will listen to what is bothering you and can adjust the treatment to best addresss those issues.

Carol has two offices: the main office on St. Paul Blvd. near Lake Ontario and another in the chiropractic offices of Drs. Tina and Colby Shores.
