A 30-minute massage is concentrated on one area of the body. This is recommended for someone who needs targeted attention to address an injury, such as someone suffering from a frozen shoulder. Clients who have been referred by a chiropractor for a massage to complement their chiropractic treatment may opt for a 30-minute massage instead of an hour-long full-body massage. Reflexology is also offered in 30-minute sessions.
A 60-minute massage includes a mixture of full-body relaxation and treatment for minor issues. Each session starts with a discussion of the client's needs and expectations to ensure Carol addresses all of the client's issues. This is best for someone who has some aches and pains but still wants a full-body massage.
A 90-minute massage is best for someone who needs extra attention focused on a specific issue but still wants full-body relaxation. Like a 60-minute massage, the client will receive a full-body massage, but Carol will also concentrate heavily on the area that is causing pain.
